How long have you been in business?
We have been in business 18 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is balloons and our primary service is balloon decorating.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was looking for some type of business to start because I was tired of working for the company I worked at. I was working 2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday and then they decided they wanted me to work some weekends also. I had little time already to spend with my son our weekends was our time and that's when I decided enough was enough. So I went to a business and franchise show I noticed that the balloon business got a lot of interest people seemed to love balloons. I had been doing all kinds of arts and crafts since I was a child so the balloon business just seemed like the perfect choice for me. Being creative just comes very easy for me and when I first started the business I fell in love with it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am different because of the creativity of my balloon bouquets and the way we arrange our snack baskets.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am expanding by learning new technique and bringing that creativity to the decorating part of the business.

We are homebased we provide service via our website and delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, American Express and Paypal.

We make daily deliveries up to 45 minutes from our Irving location, our delivery area include but not limited to Addison, Allen, Arlington, Balch Springs, Carrollton, Cedar Hill, Centerville, Cockrell Hill, Colleyville, Coppell, Crowley, Dallas, Denton, Desoto, Double Oak, Duncanville, Euless, Farmers Branch, Flower Mound, Frisco, Ft. I own the company and oversee it's daily operation.

We are open from 10am to 8pm and can make early morning deliveries before 10am and we deliver until 8pm. We can decorate the hours our clients need us to.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment comes from recipients of balloon bouquets who love the arrangement they received and the size of the arrangement. As well as our clients for decorating who loved what we have done for them and they start taking pictures right away.
