To promote youth development through competitive fun and fair play and to advance the Long term growth of soccer in Irving. To Plan, establish and administer leagues that are recognized for excellence in participation and organization for all players. To Provide an appropriate degree of instruction for players at each stage of their development that will insure enjoyment and success for each individual. To Provide quality training for coaches, referees and administrators.
